What kinds of products do you sell?

Are light bulbs included with the lamps and lighting products?

Many of our lighting items come with bulbs included, but it varies by product. Check the product description for exact details.

Are your lighting products safe to use?

Yes! All our lights meet safety standards and are tested for quality. For electrical products, please follow the usage instructions and install in accordance with local regulations.

Do you offer gift wrapping or custom notes?

Yes! We offer gift packaging and handwritten notes on request during checkout. Perfect for birthdays, holidays, or just because.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major Canadian payment options including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and UNION PAY etc. You can securely check out with the method that works best for you.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is processed and shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use that number to monitor your delivery status through the carrier’s website at any time.

My item arrived damaged. What should I do?

We're so sorry to hear that! If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it. Include photos of the item and packaging, and we’ll send a replacement or arrange a refund as quickly as possible.

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund. As a reminder, domestic return shipping is free.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping within Canada typically takes 3-7 business days, depending on your location. Remote areas may experience slightly longer delivery times. You'll receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.

What is your return policy?

We want you to love your purchase! If you're not satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Please contact us to initiate a return and we’ll guide you through the process.
